APHROGENESIS is a fragrance shaped by the meeting of sea, stone, and sun.
Inspired by the coastline near Petra tou Romiou, where legend tells of the birth of Aphrodite, out of the sea foam. From Greek the meaning of Aphrogenesis is "born out of sea foam" literally. This composition does not capture the moment of emergence — but what follows.
The warmth.
The stillness.
The golden air left behind.

Olfactive Impression
APHROGENESIS opens with a burst of Mediterranean light.
Bergamot and lemon rise immediately — bright, textured, and alive — carried by the sparkling lift of pink pepper. The air feels open, sunlit, and expansive, like the first breath taken standing above the sea.
As the fragrance settles, the landscape reveals itself.
Myrtle and cypress form its green backbone — dry, aromatic, and quietly powerful. Rosemary and lavender move through the composition like warm wind across the hillside, releasing their scent slowly under the heat of the sun.
This is Cyprus away from the water —
herbal, resinous, and alive with quiet intensity.
The drydown is where APHROGENESIS finds its depth.
Benzoin and labdanum gather into a golden warmth — soft, ambery, and skin-like. Oakmoss settles beneath, grounding the fragrance in earth and stone. The result is intimate and enduring, like sun-warmed skin at the end of the day.
